My name is Tamika. I am a licensed Realtor in Illinois. I have managed over 60 properties for more than 5 years now.
My expertise is to find quality tenants to place in homes. I am also big on producing quality rental properties on a strict budget from start to finish. I bring valuable project management skills to my client base. I was formerly the Operations Manager for Urban REI Management and have over a year experience in construction management.
My job is to assist my clients with their properties from rehab to rental. I can also assist with the rehabbing and flipping of a home. I take the stress away from dealing with paperwork and inspections. I am a firm believer in QUALITY, and it shows in my work.
